I get a lot of email which is not my preferred method of communication. Warranty issues will NOT be dealt with by e-mail. Just to let to know ahead of time I am slow at replying. I am trying to help everyone I can so if you are going to email me please read the following: 1. It's always better to call unless you are an international customer. 2. Emails written in a way that require a yes or no answer can be answered quickly. 3. Please space your questions out so I can reply to them individually. 4. Please include a subject line. No subject and it will be deleted for security purposes without being read. 5. If you have a lot of questions that require detailed answers please call. 6. SPAM is a big problem and I get a lot of it. Sometimes your email may get lost in the spam and deleted by accident. |
